As there is a high demand for hotel rooms in the summer, we have made a block booking for PASC20 participants at several hotels in Geneva in close proximity to the main railway station and the lake and easily reachable from the venue. We have secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms, which are available on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you book, the better selection you will have.

Booking Procedure, Policies & Cancellation

In order to benefit from the room block you must book your hotel using the hotel booking portal. Enter your arrival date and departure date in the respective fields. Please click here to see the location of the hotels relative to the conference venue.

Shortly after making a booking online, you will receive a confirmation from the Manotel Group Reservation Department. If you do not receive it, please inform Mr. Julien Dumont.

All modifications or cancellations should be done through the Manotel Group Reservation Department, either via e-mail or phone: +41 22 909 81 41. The cancellation terms for each hotel are listed on their specific webpage in the hotel booking portal.

City Tax

Please note that visitors are required to pay a tax per person/night of CHF 3.30 or CHF 4.00 (according to the hotel category).

Geneva Transport Card

When check in, visitors will receive the Geneva Transport Card which enables them to use public transport - buses, trams, taxi-boats (Mouettes) - free of charge during the entire duration of their stay.

Free ticket at the airport

Visitors can retrieve an 80-minute ticket in the airport baggage hall for a free bus or train ride to Geneva.
